108 Verbeugungen in Korea

  • Als in (Süd-) Korea war schaute ich mir täglich am späten Nachmittag im buddhistischen Fernsehkanal (http://www.buddhistchannel.tv/) diese Darbringung der 108 Verbeugungen (Niederwerfungen) an, was mich immer beruhigte, erfreute und erhöhte (das bloße Anhören und Anschauen genügten dafür). Mir gefielen die Worte, Gesten und die Musik.

    Der obige Text ist mir in der Praxis noch nie (als Rezitation) begegnet.
    In den Klöstern oft in Verbindung mit der Reziation von Buddhanamen ("Kido"/"Yombul") - das geht dann schon mal 2h am Stück.
    Grundgeschwindigkeit beträgt 3/min.
