Aus dem Diamant Sutra:
„The image of self is not a characteristic; the image of a person, the image of a being, and the image of a liver of life are not characteristics.
Why? Being detached from all images, they are called buddhas“
Ungefähr so übersetzt:
Das Bild von einem Selbst ist kein Merkmal, das Bild von einer Person, das Bild von einem Lebewesen (oder Sein) und das Bild von einem Lebensstrom ist kein Merkmal.
Warum? Losgelöst von allen Bildern, werden sie Buddhas genannt.
So gesehen haben jene kein Ego mehr.

No self means no matter, sensation, conception, conditioning oder consciousness.
No Person means understanding the gross element are not subsantial and ultimately desintegrate.
No being means no mind being born and dying.
No liver of life means our bodies are originally nonexistent- how can there be a liver of life?
Once the four images are gone, the objective eye is thoroughly clear, not attached to existence or non-existence, detached from both extremes,….)
